Art Director - Narrative VR

About Daring House

Daring House is looking for an experienced Art Director to join the production of a new narrative VR project.

• Candidates MUST be current residents of Berlin or Brandenburg.

The Role

You will be responsible for overseeing the visual identity of the experience, ensuring the artistic vision is successfully translated into a virtual environment. You will report directly to the Project Creator and the Lead Developer. This role requires a balance between creative direction and hands-on technical execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the visual quality and consistency of the VR experience.
• Collaborate closely with the developer to ensure artistic assets are optimized for the engine.
• Perform operational tasks, including the preparation and setup of graphical assets.

Technical Requirements

• Software: Expert-level proficiency in Unity, Blender, and Adobe Photoshop.
• Experience: Proven track record in the design and production of VR experiences.
• Hands-on Approach: Ability to directly contribute to the creation and optimization of assets.
