Senior Legal Counsel -- Renewable Energy | Remote (Europe)

Join a leading international renewable energy business at the forefront of delivering utility-scale solar projects across Europe. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Legal Counsel to play a key role in supporting complex EPC projects from contract negotiation through to claims and dispute resolution.

You'll advise on high-value construction and commercial contracts, partner with senior stakeholders across multiple jurisdictions, and help shape legal strategy on some of Europe's most significant renewable energy projects.

What we're looking for:

• Strong experience in construction/EPC law, ideally within renewable energy, infrastructure or engineering
• Expertise in drafting and negotiating complex commercial contracts
• Experience managing claims, disputes, arbitration and contract administration
• Commercial, pragmatic approach with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
• International or cross-border legal experience is highly desirable
