Requirements
Must have:
- Completed degree in (Business) Informatics or training as an IT specialist (m/f/d) or comparable qualifications, plus at least 5 years of professional experience in the support and administration of applications and databases.
- Strong service orientation for our internal and external customers.
- Ideally, experience in the area of merchandise management/ERP as well as in the support of interfaces and ETL tools.
- Initial experience in IT new introduction or migration projects, as well as in process documentation, is an advantage.
- Analytical, structured thinking and working style, as well as quick comprehension.
- Strong communication skills, confident demeanor, high team orientation, and commitment.
- Ability to familiarize yourself with new topics and further applications and focus areas.
- Confident handling of SQL and MS Office applications.
Responsibilities:
- Support, administration, configuration, and optimization of the merchandise management and application landscape, including associated interfaces.
- Support for project rollouts, as well as management and coordination of external service providers.
- Monitoring and ensuring stable system and process flows, incident management, and 2nd and 3rd level support.
- Participation in the further development of our IT solutions and systems, as well as support in software introduction projects.
- Contact person for users and key users.
- Creation and maintenance of technical documentation, e.g., for systems, interfaces, or operating documentation.
