Your new tasks could be:
- Consulting tax firms on DATEV, Unternehmen online (DUO) and digital accounting processes
- Setting up, adapting and optimizing digital workflows within accounting and payroll
- Setting up new clients, including access management, rights, interfaces, and user structures
- Recording existing processes & developing concrete solutions for process optimization
- Conducting online training, workshops, and practical training sessions
- Technical support for law firms on all aspects of digital collaboration
- Representation at events, trade fairs & digitalization days
What the employer wants:
Essential
- Completed training as a tax assistant, financial accountant, or payroll accountant (m/f/d)
- Sound professional experience in a tax consulting or auditing firm
- Extensive knowledge of DATEV, DUO, digital accounting & payroll processes
- Confident handling of interfaces, rights assignment, and technical client setup
- Enjoyment of imparting knowledge & explaining complex topics in an easily understandable way
- Driving license class B
Desirable
- Know-how in Cloud Accounting, digital tools & workflow automation
- Motivation for further certifications (e.g., DATEV, digitalization)
