Your Responsibilities

Is technical support your strength? Then we are looking for exactly you!

To strengthen our support team, we are looking for a dedicated personality who brings both technical understanding and communication skills -- and who friendly and competently supports our French-speaking customers.

• You are the first point of contact for problems with e-forms and help our customers quickly and competently.
• You document and classify tickets in the ticketing system.
• You manage and administer requests in the Service Portal (Mon-Sat, between 6 AM and 7 PM, maximum 5 days a week and 8 hours a day).
• You skillfully forward tickets to downstream support units.
• You control and monitor tickets according to our Service Level Agreements.

Skills

• You are characterized by your customer-friendly and service-oriented way of working.
• You are also characterized by your quick comprehension and structured way of working.
• Your absolute strengths include very good communication skills and a good command of language.
• It is an advantage if you already have some professional experience in the IT environment.
• Very good German and English skills in speaking and writing complete your profile.
• You speak very good German (fluent).
