Your Responsibilities:

  • Disciplinary leadership of an interdisciplinary consulting team focusing on strategy consulting, organizational development, and AI, data, and cloud consulting - in a tandem model
  • Ensuring and continuously improving the quality of our consulting services
  • Strategic development of the consulting portfolio in the area of Consulting & Innovation together with management and colleagues
  • Close cooperation with Key Account Management to maintain and expand our customer network
  • Steering and further development of internal structures, processes, and work methods
  • Operational involvement in selected consulting projects as needed

Your Profile:

  • Completed university degree (Master's or equivalent), e.g., in Business Informatics, Digital Transformation, Public Administration, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Many years of consulting experience in the context of digital transformation, ideally in the public sector
  • Experience in leading and developing self-organized or interdisciplinary teams
  • Agile leadership understanding and enjoyment of sharing responsibility in a tandem
  • Strategic thinking skills and experience in change processes
  • Strong communication skills and confident demeanor when interacting with executives and external partners

  • 38.7 hours per week in full-time, flexible hours from 5 AM to 10 PM, up to 80% remote work
