Your Responsibilities

• Technical responsibility for the development, further development, and stable, BSI-compliant operation of a communication product with a focus on Unified Communications and Telephony.
• Design and further development of the product and system architecture along the roadmap (e.g., VoIP, SIP, UC platforms, interfaces).
• Technical leadership of the product team and coordination of internal departments and external manufacturers.
• Technical evaluation, prioritization, and decision-making on requirements, releases, and architecture issues.
• Definition and monitoring of non-functional requirements and operational key figures (availability, performance, security).
• Internal escalation point for technical issues, including ensuring comprehensible technical documentation.

Your Profile

• Completed studies (Master's/University) or comparable, practically acquired qualification.
• Several years of experience in technical product, system, or solution responsibility in the field of Telephony / Unified Communications.
• Sound knowledge of software and system architecture as well as technical integration of complex IT systems.
• Experience with telephony and UC technologies (e.g., VoIP, SIP, PBX infrastructures, UC platforms).
• Ability to structure and evaluate technical requirements and translate them into viable architectural and product decisions.
• Experience in managing external service providers as well as in project or product management.
