Key Responsibilities:

• You will configure and manage M365 services such as Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange Online, or Edge for Business.
• You will ensure the secure and stable operation of the services, e.g., by introducing governance and compliance policies.
• You will design and set up endpoint and identity management according to Zero Trust principles.
• You will automate recurring tasks with PowerShell, Ansible, or similar tools and establish standards for efficient processes.
• You will take over 3rd-level support in the M365 context, analyze complex technical problems, and derive sustainable improvements.

What We Are Looking For:

Required Skills:

• You have successfully completed a degree in computer science or have completed training as an IT specialist for system integration with several years of professional experience, or possess comparable knowledge.
• You have many years of relevant experience with Microsoft 365 and cloud management.
• You have in-depth knowledge in the conception and administration of services such as Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Entra ID, including authentication and authorization mechanisms (e.g., Conditional Access, MFA).
• You have experience in scripting with, e.g., PowerShell, Ansible, or similar tools for automating tasks in Microsoft 365 and Entra ID.
• You have expertise in the central management and security of endpoints with Microsoft Endpoint Manager (e.g., Intune), including the creation and implementation of device security policies and compliance configurations based on Entra ID.

• You will gain knowledge of the processes in the DATEV-specific environment.
