About the Role
The Procurement department is responsible for the demand-driven procurement of products and services, thus contributing significantly to the company's success. Our goal: efficient, transparent, and cost-optimized processes through digital solutions and coordinated strategies. We rely on trusting cooperation, market-appropriate conditions, and the integration of sustainability. As a working student, you will reliably support our team in operational procurement processes, thereby contributing to the smooth running of procurement.
Key Responsibilities
- You will support procurement in the area of materials or services.
- You will record and document purchasing transactions in the procurement systems (SAP S4/Hana, SAP Ariba).
- You will coordinate contract details with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- You will create purchasing-relevant analyses.
- You will participate in internal procurement projects (e.g., eProcurement).
Your Profile
- You are currently studying business administration, business informatics, or a comparable degree program.
- You ideally have knowledge of SAP.
- You have a confident demeanor and strong communication skills.
