IT Workplace Change & Release Manager M/F/X

Requirements

Must have:

• Demonstrable experience in a technical support or customer service role
• Sound knowledge of Windows operating systems and other platforms used at DAW, such as iOS
• Solid experience in leading change initiatives and coordinating system releases
• Knowledge of quality and governance standards
• Certifications such as ITIL Foundation or relevant certifications in customer service, project management, or IT support are advantageous
• Sound knowledge of processes and best practices in change and release management
• Proficient in using service desk metrics and improving them
• Very good knowledge of service desk tools such as ServiceNow, Freshservice, or Jira Service Desk
• Team player with confident communication in German and English

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement communication strategies and plans for IT services, changes, and incidents
• Engage various stakeholders, including IT teams, management, and end-users
• Coordinate and communicate information on IT incidents, outages, and changes
• Provide regular updates on service performance and new offerings
• Create and manage communication plans for IT-related crises or emergencies
• Solicit feedback from stakeholders on communication and identify areas for improvement
• Create and maintain communication materials such as newsletters and intranet content
• Measure the effectiveness of communication measures and create reports
• Offer training and support to IT employees on communication methods and tools
