IT Workplace Change & Release Manager M/F/X
Requirements
Must have:
- Demonstrable experience in a technical support or customer service role
- Sound knowledge of Windows operating systems and other platforms used at DAW, such as iOS
- Solid experience in leading change initiatives and coordinating system releases
- Knowledge of quality and governance standards
- Certifications such as ITIL Foundation or relevant certifications in customer service, project management, or IT support are advantageous
- Sound knowledge of processes and best practices in change and release management
- Proficient in using service desk metrics and improving them
- Very good knowledge of service desk tools such as ServiceNow, Freshservice, or Jira Service Desk
- Team player with confident communication in German and English
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement communication strategies and plans for IT services, changes, and incidents
- Engage various stakeholders, including IT teams, management, and end-users
- Coordinate and communicate information on IT incidents, outages, and changes
- Provide regular updates on service performance and new offerings
- Create and manage communication plans for IT-related crises or emergencies
- Solicit feedback from stakeholders on communication and identify areas for improvement
- Create and maintain communication materials such as newsletters and intranet content
- Measure the effectiveness of communication measures and create reports
- Offer training and support to IT employees on communication methods and tools
