Your Responsibilities
- Communicating Data Governance requirements to business and IT departments for the implementation of Data Management activities and their standards.
- Gradually taking over a Data Governance data domain for independent management.
- Developing practical solutions for the implementation of Data Management activities by business and IT departments.
- Supporting the documentation of Data Management activities (data quality criteria, business term descriptions, database fields, information flows at technical, business, and process levels, solutions for data quality issues).
- Further developing and expanding the group-wide Data Governance framework.
Your Profile
- Successfully completed studies in Business Administration or Business Informatics, training in the insurance/banking sector, or comparable qualifications.
- Ideally 2-3 years of professional experience in the insurance/banking sector with experience in managing projects related to process implementation/changes or databases/IT systems.
- Interest in Data Governance and Data Management, as well as related regulatory requirements (e.g., Solvency II and BCBS 239).
- Good coordination skills, sociability, motivation to create transparency, and the ability to present complex issues in a target-group-oriented manner.
- A communicative team player with strong analytical and conceptual skills and a structured approach.
