DECOCLIM® is the European market leader in protective covers for outdoor units and growing fast. Our headquarters sits near Saint-Tropez, in the south of France. Our team works across Europe. We're building our sales force and looking for someone ready to learn the business from the inside, run real campaigns, and grow into a full sales role.
This is a Sales Support position. You'll work directly alongside our Northern Europe Director. You run targeted outreach campaigns, turn contacts into conversations, and help drive the pipeline forward. Do it well, and the path to a full sales role is short.
What you'll do:
- Run targeted outbound campaigns across European markets
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, this is a phone-first job
- Support trade show preparation and follow-up
- Manage and update contacts in HubSpot
- Work closely with the team to sharpen messaging and approach
What you bring:
- 2–4 years in sales, sales support or business development
- French and German, both essential. Any other European language is a real plus
- HubSpot experience is an advantage, or you pick it up fast
- You call first. You follow up. You close the loop.
- Solutions are your default. Problems are just the starting point.
What this is not:
This is not for someone who prefers to hide behind emails. Not for someone who waits to be told what to do. And not for someone looking for a quiet life.

Fully remote! Yes, work from wherever you are. The sun is in Saint-Tropez. The opportunity is everywhere else.
