Who are we?
We are a professional start-up with an international team of over 100 colleagues, which has established a digital, certified media platform in a short time. As an independent digital media service provider of the next generation, we advise advertisers on their digital marketing activities and combine media with machine optimization. Our platform enables silo-crossing channel management – whether Google, Facebook, Instagram or TikTok. Media decisions are increasingly made by machines. This leads to demonstrably better performance.
Our clients include, for example, comdirect and Commerzbank, IKEA, Telekom, and Hamilton as part of the Swatch Group. Our founding team has already successfully built several media service providers, e.g. Performance Media and esome Technologies. We are independent and have no external investors. We learned at Bertelsmann, EY, McKinsey, OC&C, and OTTO, among others.
Where are we located?
Our headquarters are located directly in Hamburg city center between Alster, Google, and Meta. We have also opened locations in the beautiful city of Cologne and in Munich, as well as in Stuttgart. Another location is in Vilnius, Lithuania, the "Silicon Valley of Europe".
Responsibilities
- Development of strategies for our clients in collaboration with our colleagues, incorporating marketing channels such as SEA, Social, Display, Affiliate, and others.
- Handling of customer communication, media planning & strategy development.
- Analysis of industry trends, advertising innovations, economic conditions, technical aspects, and market and customer requirements, and derivation of recommendations for action.
- Development of individual concepts and contribution to the further development of our platform.
- Presentation of your findings in external and internal meetings in close coordination with the leads and founders.
- Management of projects for special and strategic topics up to the decision-making stage.
Qualifications
- Very good to good university degree (e.g., Business/Economics/Political Science, Engineering, Marketing, Communication Science, Psychology, etc.).
- Initial experience in digital marketing, ideally on the consulting side.
- Very good knowledge of German and English.
- Initial knowledge in the development of media strategies, media planning, and media control.
- Strong analytical skills, including analysis and interpretation of reports and the derivation of concrete measures.
- Very good MS Office skills.
- Strong communication skills and enjoyment of consulting.
- Passion for digital media and a good sense for trends and developments in the digital world.
- Dynamism & quick comprehension.
