Role Description

We are looking for an experienced and driven individual to join our growing team as Project & Account Manager (m/f/d). In this key role, you will take end-to-end ownership of client relationships and steer complex communications projects from concept to delivery. You will oversee project execution, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and ensure high-quality outcomes.

Your Profile

  • At least 5 years of professional experience in account or project management, ideally in an agency or defence/security environment
  • Proven track record of managing complex, concurrent projects
  • Strong communication and presentation skills in English and German
  • Structured, self-driven working style -- including in a fully remote setting
  • An affinity for security and defence policy topics is a plus
  • Willingness to travel for client and team meetings
