Job Description
We are seeking an Intern, Data Analyst to join the Central Quick Commerce Dmart Analytics team. You will be instrumental in redefining the quick commerce customer experience by helping to build technology that scales our offerings, reaches new market segments, and drives revenue growth. Innovating within our Quick Commerce Team, you will contribute to making Delivery Hero the go-to platform for a wide range of products, accelerating our growth and delivering more value to customers globally.
Key Responsibilities
- Ticket Resolution & Bug Support: Act as the first line of defense for data-related inquiries, investigating data anomalies and resolving logic errors in our tables.
- SQL Development: Write, optimize, and maintain SQL queries to extract data from various internal databases.
- Build Dashboards: Design and build intuitive visualizations using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker to help departments track their metric performance.
- Stakeholder Partnership: Collaborate with business teams to understand their questions and translate them into clear, data-driven answers.
Qualifications
- Strong SQL skills with the ability to work with large data volumes.
- Experience in creating dashboards using business intelligence tools.
- A curious and analytical mindset with a passion for data analysis and problem-solving.
- Ability to build relationships and communicate technical concepts clearly.
- Proficient in English (written and spoken).
- Completed a Bachelor's degree.
Nice to Have
- Experience in management consulting or strategic/project management roles.
- Experience in marketplace, e-commerce, or retail.
- Completed a Master's program.
