Job Description
We are looking for a Product Manager (Agentic Discovery) to lead the charge in redefining how users find and interact with our marketplace through conversational search and AI agents. In this highly experimental and fast-moving role, you will collaborate with leadership, tech, and design to build a delightful agent-led experience from the ground up. You will be responsible for shaping product strategy, launching rapid experiments, and translating cutting-edge AI capabilities into tangible consumer value.
Key Responsibilities
- Shape the Agentic Product Experience: Help drive the transition from traditional search to conversational discovery, defining how agents solve complex user intents.
- Rapid Prototyping & Evaluations: Partner with Tech to build agentic workflows, evaluations, and guardrails in a fast-moving, experimental environment.
- Define New Success Metrics: Establish frameworks for measuring agent performance in a non-deterministic world, focusing on conversational quality, accuracy, and user delight.
- Cross-Functional Alignment: Collaborate with leadership, tech and design to turn ambiguous AI capabilities into a cohesive, high-impact product experience.

As part of our Consumer Team, you'll enhance customer satisfaction and drive global growth and profitability through innovative projects.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years experience in consumer-facing Product Management, in a startup or fast-moving environment
- Expertise in rapid prototyping with AI, A/B testing and making data-driven decisions
- AI-native: Experience using, building & launching AI-driven products
- Extreme ownership & bias for action: You are a self-starter with a growth mindset and can operate in high ambiguity situations
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear strategies for stakeholders and leadership
Nice to Have
- Experience with evaluation & measurement of AI-driven products
- Hands-on analytics experience
- Experience working on consumer products with millions of users
