Your work will directly improve experiences for riders, end customers, and merchants across the globe. Each enhancement you contribute will help Delivery Hero optimize delivery operations, supporting expansion into new areas like grocery and retail.\n\nThe Market Performance team works with Delivery Hero brands to manage and optimize performance across areas such as order allocation algorithms and rider payments.\n\nThe team is a bidirectional value-adding interface between global product/technology teams and local teams across the globe. The role offers you the opportunity to collaborate, learn and contribute to shaping our global logistics products into winning solutions for our local ecosystems.\n\nIf you're a creative problem solver who is hungry for a new adventure, an international workplace is waiting for you in the heart of Berlin!\n\n### Key Responsibilities:\n\n* Own relevant business KPIs, product performance and product usage for different regions around the world.\n* Interact with and support our operations stakeholders.\n* Drive key initiatives to improve customer experience and / or profitability goals.\n* Proactively find areas for improvement backed up by data, innovate in seeking the best solution, and execute in a timely and considered manner.\n* Support the roll-out of new products and features in your region aimed at improving user experience, business performance, and operational efficiency.\n* Provide management with regular performance reports, insights, and presentations.\n\n## Qualifications\n\n* At least 5 years of professional experience interpreting data in an analytics or data science role.\n* Bachelor's degree in business, mathematics, engineering, science, economics, or another analytical-based subject.\n* Strong knowledge of and experience with SQL and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau or Data Studio).\n* Proven track record of enhancing business operations and optimizing performance through data-driven insights and strategic decision-making, including experience in performance management, process optimization, and operational efficiency improvements.\n* Highly passionate about data, with creative problem-solving abilities and an eye for detail.\n* Team player with a willingness to think outside the box.\n* Highly motivated, communicative, independent, and pragmatic in handling business challenges.\n* Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.\n* Previous experience in the last-mile industry in an Analytics, Operations, or Product role is a plus.\n\n## Additional Information\n\nEnsuring you and all our Heroes are looked after, happy, and healthy is always on the menu.
