YOUR job at MWO:
- You lead, develop, and coach your teams, creating the foundation for sustainable, excellent results.
- You are responsible for the holistic management of your clients and teams and continuously optimize processes, resources, and workflows.
- You act as the first strategic point of contact and proactively advise across all relevant media genres and target groups (HCPs, patients, caregivers, etc.).
- You are the central interface between operational business and management.
- You actively position agency and network services, present data-driven communication strategies, trends, and studies, and highlight cross-selling potentials.
- You drive new business and pitch projects - as project lead if needed.
YOUR skills for MWO:
- Completed commercial apprenticeship or degree in marketing, communication, media, or a comparable qualification.
- At least 5+ years of relevant professional experience in marketing, communication, or media, ideally in the healthcare sector with direct customer contact.
- Very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken.
- Confident demeanor, strong presentation skills, and a solution-oriented mindset.
- Proven leadership experience combined with a strong team spirit.
- Very good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Independent, structured, and proactive way of working.
- High analytical understanding and strategic thinking.
