Role Description:

As a Senior Project Manager* (or: Program Manager*), you will take on the strategic leadership and management of several large-scale digital projects / programs across different regions and time zones. You will find the right balance between high-quality project execution, economic efficiency, and sustainable customer relationship management. Your role includes proactively identifying business growth opportunities, the strategic alignment of projects, and fostering high-performing project teams.

Your Main Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Steering and management of extensive digital and technically oriented large-scale projects / programs across different regions, time zones, and involving external partners.
• Ensuring consistently high-quality delivery within the agreed time and budget framework, including responsibility for project budget, operational efficiency, and achievement of profitability goals.
• Application of agile and classic project management methods and tools, adapted to individual project requirements and taking company standards into account.
• Regular, comprehensive reporting to management and operational stakeholders on relevant key figures and project results.
• Building and maintaining trusting customer relationships at middle and senior management levels, including effective expectation management and conflict resolution.
• Proactive identification and utilization of business opportunities within existing customer projects (up-selling / cross-selling).
• Close collaboration with Solution Architects, Business Development teams, and global Delivery Centers for strategic alignment and implementation of customer solutions.
• Active participation in commercial offers and pitches, with a deep understanding and convincing presentation of company services.
• Active participation in internal Delivery Management initiatives and strategic activities.
• Support and promotion of organizational change, best practices, and innovations in project management.

Your Profile:

• Relevant professional experience (8 years) in senior project, delivery, or program management roles in the digital consulting environment.
• High affinity for web technologies and digital products.
• Very good communication and presentation skills, as well as a confident demeanor in various contexts, including complex or conflict-ridden situations.
• Analytical, strategic, and solution-oriented mindset combined with a clear understanding of entrepreneurial contexts.
• Proven experience in successfully leading and managing international teams across multiple digital projects and locations.
• Sound knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) and classic project management methods, with the ability to coach and mentor others in these areas.
• Completed university degree (or equivalent) and very good German and English language skills.
