Job Purpose

This role is part of our Experience & Engineering team in Germany, focusing on creating impactful digital experiences that blend technology and design. We specialize in digital products and campaigns that shift perceptions and drive new behaviors. We are seeking a Mid-Level UI Designer for our DACH experience design team to craft exceptional digital experiences across all project phases for prominent B2B and B2C clients.

What You'll Do

• Design High-Performing Email Templates: Lead email design strategy, creating visually engaging, responsive, and accessible templates that boost user engagement and align with brand identity.
• Partner & Communicate with Stakeholders: Serve as a communication hub, collaborating daily with UX designers, content strategists, brand designers, and project managers to transform business needs into effective design solutions.
• Elevate the Visual Experience: Enhance overall UI quality across all digital touchpoints with a keen eye for typography, layout, and color.
• Maintain UI Consistency at Scale: Contribute to and expand existing design systems and component libraries, establishing clear guidelines for product interfaces and marketing communications.

What You'll Bring

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in fast-paced agency environments within multidisciplinary teams.
• High proficiency in UI design, with a solid understanding of layout, grid systems, UI best practices, accessibility, design systems, and responsive design.
• A strong portfolio showcasing design skills and expertise in digital graphic design and UI.
• Proficiency in design tools, especially Figma and Creative Suite.
• Comfort presenting to teams and clients.
• Meticulous attention to detail, aiming for pixel perfection.
• A drive to create award-winning work, with openness to feedback.
• Hard-working, passionate, and enthusiastic about design, with a eagerness to learn and grow.
• Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with development teams.
• Capacity to produce high-quality concepts under tight deadlines for pitches and new business.
• Experience with agile and waterfall methodologies, including working in sprints.
• A desire for continuous learning and professional challenge.
• A good understanding of current design trends.
