Dermanostic GmbH is a digital health tech company that combines modern technology with medical expertise to make dermatological care digitally accessible and easy to use.
To further develop our platform, we are looking for a Fullstack Developer (m/f/d) with experience in Ruby on Rails to help us build stable, scalable, and user-centered applications.
Your Responsibilities
- Development and continuous improvement of our web applications, both frontend and backend
- Working with Ruby on Rails in production systems
- Implementing new features from initial idea to live deployment
- Close collaboration with Product, Medical, and Tech teams
- Ensuring code quality, maintainability, and performance
- Contributing to technical decisions and the ongoing development of our system architecture
Your Profile
- 2--3 years of professional experience as a Fullstack Developer or in a comparable role
- Strong knowledge of Ruby on Rails
- Experience working on production software projects
- Structured, reliable, and independent working style
- Fluent English skills, both written and spoken
- Strong teamwork skills and sense of responsibility
- Residence in Germany or Portugal (remote)
Nice to Have
- Experience in health tech, med tech, or a regulated environment
- Interest in sustainable software development and scalable systems
