For our client, a digital agency with around 20 employees in Berlin, we are looking for an experienced personality in project management.

The agency realizes sophisticated digital platforms and marketing projects for established brands, combining design, SEO, content, and technology into integrated solutions.

The Job: As a Senior Digital Project Manager (m/f/d), you will be responsible for digital projects holistically – from conception through to implementation and go-live.

You will coordinate teams from UI/UX, SEO, and content, structure workflows, and ensure that quality, budget, and schedule are met. You will be the central point of contact for clients and manage projects with clarity and commitment.

In addition to operational management, you will contribute strategically, identify development potential, and formulate sensible next steps.

You will independently manage quotes, project scopes, and billing.

Your tasks at a glance:

• Holistic management of digital marketing and platform projects
• Coordination of interdisciplinary teams
• Client management and strategic consulting
• Quote creation and budget responsibility
• Prioritization, structuring, and quality assurance

Qualification:

• At least 5 years of experience in project management of digital projects, ideally in a digital agency
• Professional focus in the UI/UX environment or in the SEO/content area, with an understanding of related disciplines
• Experience with project management tools such as Jira / Confluence and collaboration tools such as Miro
• Structured, reliable way of working and high customer orientation
• Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken

The company's working language is German, so candidates are expected to have a very good command of the German language.
