About Us

We, Detowa Naturprodukte, are a successful and established manufacturer of high-quality dietary supplements based in Halver. We specialize exclusively in B2B business and act as a contract manufacturer for our clients, who market our products under their own brand (Private Label). With our very small and agile team, we implement the individual wishes of our business clients.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a dedicated IT all-rounder (m/f/d) part-time (approx. 20 hours/week) as soon as possible, who will support us with foresight and pragmatism in optimizing and expanding our IT landscape.

Your Responsibilities

As the central IT contact person in our team, you will cover a broad field. Your focus can vary depending on your expertise:

System & Server Administration

• You set up and maintain servers and systems and are responsible for managing user rights and restrictions.

Application Support

• You will be responsible for the customization and troubleshooting of our ERP system Odoo and will support our website (bug fixing, content, minor adjustments). You are familiar with automation or love to grow with a view to time and priority.

IT Support & Consulting

• You will support the team with hardware and software questions (especially in home office), set up accounts, and advise us on the selection of suitable IT solutions.

Your Profile: Problem Solver

• You have an IT education or relevant, demonstrable professional experience.
• You have a clear focus in one of the above areas and are willing to be curious and learn our ERP system as well as new topics in general.
• You have coding experience and know how to find solutions – whether through research or the smart use of AI tools (like Claude etc.) to help you with small code adjustments (Python etc.).
• You are characterized by an independent, solution-oriented, and productive way of working. You are able to prioritize tasks and adhere to jointly agreed-upon deadlines.
• You value collaboration in a small, dynamic team.
• It is more important to us that you approach problems independently and solution-oriented than that you have perfect certificates. If you are willing to learn new topics and actively acquire missing knowledge, you are exactly right with us – even as a career changer.

• Hybrid work model: We offer you the opportunity to work predominantly from home. Your presence in the office is only required if necessary. However, we would like you to be present initially.
