Your Role: Project Assistant for Infrastructure Projects (m/f/d)

Your Tasks:

As a Project Assistant for Infrastructure Projects (m/f/d) for DB InfraGO AG at the Hamburg or Hanover location, you will support the project management / project team in organizational and administrative project tasks such as initiating orders, maintaining schedules, processing invoices, and cost control according to the project management's specifications. You will independently carry out data entry and provide technical support to project management for data maintenance in the project management systems SAP, iTWO, PlaPro, and PKP. You will be responsible for project-related office organization and correspondence. Last but not least, you will be responsible for schedule management.

Your Profile:

  • Completed commercial apprenticeship or comparable qualification.
  • At least 2-3 years of professional experience in a comparable role.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office is a given. Knowledge of SAP, iTWO, PlaPro, and PKP, as well as prior experience with Think Project, is desirable.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills ensure optimal collaboration with both internal and external partners.
  • High degree of responsibility, independent work style, and commitment.
  • Ability to weigh options and take responsibility for successful project implementation, even under time pressure.
  • Flexible work location with the option to work in the office or 2-3 days a week from home.
