Commercial Banking Tribe: You'll join the Commercial Banking Tribe, focusing on the needs of small and medium-sized enterprise clients in Germany. We are responsible for the digital transformation of ~800,000 clients across 3 brands, including developing digital sales and service processes and automating processes for this segment. We are digitizing business processes and migrating applications to the cloud, working in an agile setup with business colleagues and stakeholders.

As a Senior Frontend Engineer (m/f/x), your role will involve:

• Actively contributing to the development of a shared codebase for online applications targeting small and medium-sized corporations.
• Utilizing engineering expertise to develop new features, ensuring codebase cleanliness and industry-standard compliance.
• Prioritizing modern technologies, design principles, and agile methodologies.
• Regularly participating in peer reviews to ensure code quality, extensibility, and reusability.
• Proactively engaging within the engineering community, sharing expertise, and establishing a robust network.

Ihr Profil

• University degree in a technological or scientific field, or equivalent work experience.
• Strong proficiency in frontend technologies, including RxJS, and hands-on experience with frameworks like Angular or React. Familiarity with unit testing (Jest) and end-to-end testing (Cypress).
• Understanding of Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) with hands-on experience, especially with Github Actions.
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle, ability to write reusable, testable, and maintainable code, and familiarity with agile methodologies.
• Team player with strong communication skills, fluent in English. Willing to share knowledge, learn quickly, listen carefully, and mentor junior engineers.
