About this job

The Deutsche Bundesbank is a special bank. Together with the ECB and other European central banks, we ensure a stable Euro. For this and other central bank tasks, we need a wide variety of specialists in the most diverse areas of work for the institution to function. The Quality Management team consists of four other Oekotrophologen/innen and is responsible for implementing the quality management system in the company's catering services. The company's catering services are certified according to, among others, DIN EN ISO 22.000, Green Canteen, and the BIO Außerhausverpflegungsverordnung.

Your Tasks

  • You are responsible for maintaining and further developing the quality management system for the company's catering services at the headquarters, which is certified according to DIN EN ISO 22.000. This includes preparing for and supporting certification audits as well as implementing measures.
  • You conduct internal audits and site inspections, as well as sampling and analyses (food and surface samples) at all catering locations of the Deutsche Bundesbank, and serve as a contact person for hygiene issues.
  • Your tasks also include planning and conducting training courses for employees and checking menus for food labeling compliance according to LMIV.
  • You are also responsible for monitoring compliance with the requirements of BIO-AHVV, supporting the annual certification audits, and participating in the introduction of new organic products and the implementation of the sustainability goals of the company's catering services.

Your Profile

  • Degree in Oekotrophologie or an equivalent course of study
  • Very good knowledge of quality management and food law
  • Very good knowledge according to DIN EN ISO 22.000 as well as the BIO-Außerhausverpflegungsverordnung (BIO-AHVV) and the German government's sustainability action plan
  • Sound knowledge of food labeling (LMIV)
  • In-depth knowledge of nutritional science and catering
  • IT skills (Word, Excel, Power Point, ERP systems desirable)
  • Very good work organization
  • Teamwork skills
  • High service and customer orientation
  • Willingness to travel on business
  • Good German language skills
  • We expect a willingness to undergo a security check in accordance with the Federal Security Screening Act (SÜG).
