About this job

The Deutsche Hilfsbund is developing a nationwide volunteer architecture that combines professionalism, impact, and modern organizational design. We bundle the strength of our member organizations, connect capital and the common good, and create structures that combine social impact with operational excellence.

For this development, we are assembling an experienced HR team that will strategically and organizationally advance our volunteer structures.

We are therefore looking for you as a strong HR Business Partner to join us as soon as possible, working 100% on a voluntary basis.

Aufgaben

  • Building a scalable HR system for volunteers, from recruiting and onboarding to ongoing support
  • Coordination of all volunteer roles and maintenance of role and deployment overviews
  • Introduction of monthly welcome meetings for new volunteers, including process design and moderation
  • Creation of master sheets, process overviews, role profiles, and data foundations
  • Development and coordination of further training measures and learning paths for volunteers
  • Design and optimization of all structures for remote volunteering in the M365 environment with Teams, SharePoint, Planner, and Forms
  • Close collaboration with the Presidium and Federal Board on strategic HR topics
  • Creation of evaluations, capacity analyses, and progress overviews
  • Support in building a modern volunteer culture with a focus on quality and effectiveness

Qualifikation

  • Completed commercial apprenticeship or a degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, Social Sciences, or a comparable field
  • Experience in HR, organizational development, volunteer coordination, or project management
  • Confident use of the complete M365 environment, especially Teams, SharePoint, Planner, OneDrive, and Excel
  • Structured, reliable, and independent way of working
  • Ability to build, document, and optimize processes
  • Strength in communication, moderation, and internal coordination
  • Enjoyment in designing digital volunteer structures
  • Willingness to take on responsibility in a voluntary capacity
