Transformation Lead

The Opportunity

• Lead global procurement digitalisation initiatives across a complex international business.
• Drive AI-enabled procurement transformation and Guided Buying adoption.
• Own the strategic roadmap for Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) process optimisation.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to deliver large-scale change programmes.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute global P2P digitalisation strategy across direct and indirect procurement.
• Lead implementation of Guided Buying, supplier integration, and procurement automation solutions.
• Govern procurement processes within SAP S/4HANA, ensuring standardisation and compliance.
• Drive AI, analytics, and workflow automation initiatives to improve efficiency and decision-making.

Requirements

• 8+ years' experience in procurement, supply chain, or digital transformation leadership.
• Strong expertise with SAP S/4HANA and platforms such as Ariba, Coupa, Jaggaer, or Synertrade.
• Proven track record delivering global procurement transformation programmes.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills and fluent English communication.
