IT System Administrator (m/w/d)

Requirements

Must have:

• Completed IT training or studies (applicants with comparable qualifications and career changers are also welcome!)
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in IT infrastructure (development & operation)
• Sound knowledge in the PAM environment (ideally BeyondTrust, but CyberArc, etc. are also welcome) and in Windows Remote Desktop Services (RDS)
• Broad knowledge in configuration and operation of Windows Server operating systems, experience in Linux environments is also welcome
• Experience with scripting languages (PowerShell, Python) and automation tools (e.g., Selenium) and basic knowledge of SCCM and software distribution
• Good IT security skills, routine in IT documentation, and a high willingness to learn and continuously develop
• Industry knowledge in the insurance/banking sector and/or DORA is an advantage
• Very good German language skills in speaking and writing complete your profile

Responsibilities:

• Provision and operation of the PAM platform (installation, maintenance, and operation)
• Further development of the PAM infrastructure and connection of further target systems, taking into account current requirements from regulatory and IT security
• Support and further development of existing scripts
• Consulting clients in the area of PAM and creation of concepts, tool-supported role modeling, and documentation for the system
• Test coordination and execution of technical tests
• Participation in day-to-day business in incident and service request management
• Management of external service providers
