Your daily work consists of the following tasks

• Client Relations: You build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at strategic clients, acting as a highly respected and trusted advisor and thought leader in AI and digital transformation.
• Opportunity Identification: You work closely with top management in client teams to uncover strategic business opportunities where AI and digital transformation can create significant value for clients.
• Solution Design: You lead the design of innovative, scalable, and sustainable solutions of the highest complexity, optimally supporting the client's business objectives and technical environment.
• Leadership: You act as a recognized thought leader in AI and digital transformation, proactively sharing insights with internal teams and clients to significantly influence strategic direction.
• Collaboration: You strategically steer delivery teams to ensure a smooth transition from conception to implementation, maintaining oversight to ensure the highest customer satisfaction.
• Value Creation: You define and implement key performance indicators, working closely with clients to maximize and demonstrate the business value generated by implemented solutions.

What you bring to the table

• You have extensive experience as a Lead Consultant or in a comparable position, ideally with a focus on AI and digital transformation, preferably with industry expertise in Banking & Capital Markets.

• You possess excellent expertise in innovative technologies and enterprise architectures. You are familiar with the strengths and weaknesses of relevant IT and business processes on the client side.

• You have outstanding communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

• You have proven success in the conception and implementation of innovative solutions with measurable business value. Your consulting DNA is key to your success.

• You possess strong analytical, strategic, and problem-solving skills.

• You are fluent in German, both spoken and written.
