Job Description
As a Principal Consultant / Practice Lead, you are the technical and strategic driver for the Customer Workflows (CSM/CRM) area.
Your Role:
- Develop our CSM/CRM strategy and actively build the topic in the market
- Identify and acquire new customers (PreSales, proposals, pitches)
- Advise decision-makers at C-level on digital service & CRM transformations
- Lead complex implementation programs
- Build and develop a team of consultants & architects
- Be responsible for pipeline, proposals, and business development
- Act as a trusted advisor for customers and internal stakeholders
You combine Consulting, Sales, Leadership, and Delivery.

Qualifications
What you should bring (Must-haves):
- Several years of experience (≥ 5 years) in consulting or service environments
- Deep expertise in CSM, CRM, or Customer Experience processes
- Experience in ServiceNow or Salesforce implementations
- Proven experience in PreSales, proposal creation, or business development
- Leadership experience or responsibility for teams/streams
- Confidence in dealing with management and C-level stakeholders
- Very good German and English skills
You are particularly strong if you...
- have already built a domain area or a practice
- have been responsible for projects end-to-end (technical & commercial)
- have independently developed or acquired customers
- come from the Salesforce, CRM, or CSM environment and find ServiceNow exciting (or vice versa)
- bring industry know-how in Finance, Pharma, Telco, or Manufacturing
- see yourself as an entrepreneur within the company
