Job Description

We are looking for experienced ServiceNow Consultants who conceptualize, implement complex platforms, and strategically advise clients -- with a focus on IT Operations, CMDB, CSDM, and Enterprise Workflows.

Your Role

• Analyze existing IT and operational processes
• Lead workshops & requirement sessions
• Conceptualize target architectures (ITOM, CMDB, CSDM, Asset Management)
• Strategically advise clients on platform & process design
• Implement solutions hands-on or lead implementation teams
• Act as a trusted advisor for business units & IT management

Qualifications

What you should bring (Must-haves)

• Several years of experience (≥ 3 years) in consulting/service environments
• Experience in ServiceNow implementations or comparable platforms
• Deep knowledge in at least one of the following areas:
  • ITOM, CMDB, CSDM, Asset Management, or Platform Architecture
• Practical experience in workshops, requirements analysis & client consulting
• Very good German and English skills (client-ready)

You are particularly strong if you...

• Have implemented ServiceNow ITOM/CMDB projects end-to-end
• Have held architectural responsibility or a technical lead role
• Come from competitive platforms like BMC, HP, USU, or similar tools (including implementation experience)
• Possess certifications such as CSA or CIS (ITSM/ITOM/Discovery etc.)
• See yourself as a consultant & problem solver, not an administrator
• Prefer hybrid roles (consulting, conception, implementation)
