Job Description

You are not a classic project manager who only tracks timelines and budgets? Good. That's exactly who we're not looking for.

We are looking for an experienced personality who understands ServiceNow implementations technically, advises clients at eye level, and leads projects to success holistically.

As a Delivery Lead / Senior Project Manager, you will take end-to-end responsibility for ServiceNow programs and implementations with our enterprise clients.

Your Role:

• Delivery Lead and main point of contact for the client
• Trusted Advisor at stakeholder and C-level
• Technical sparring partner for Business Analysts, Architects, and Consultants
• Driver for scope, budget, timeline, and quality
• Coach & Mentor for project teams

You work closely with architecture, processes, and business value – not just on status reports.

Qualifications

What you should bring (Must-haves)

• Several years of experience (≥ 3 years) in leading software or ServiceNow implementation projects
• Background as a Consultant, Business Analyst, or Architect (not purely PM/PMO)
• Experience in the consulting/service industry
• Confidence in dealing with clients at management level
• Profound understanding of SDLC, agile methodologies, and complex IT programs
• Very good German and English skills (client-facing)

You are particularly strong if you...

• have already managed ServiceNow projects end-to-end
• lead workshops yourself and challenge requirements
• understand architecture & platform logic
• manage multiple streams/teams in parallel
• have certifications such as PRINCE2, PMP, Scrum, or ServiceNow CSA/CIS
• see yourself as a leader, not a coordinator
