Responsibilities

• Independent work, focusing on the technical development of furniture or furniture systems, product displays, decoration, and presentation items.
• Responsibility for the entire process, planning, and creation of production drawings up to prototyping or series production.
• The opportunity to implement and establish your own ideas in the areas of design, construction, and production.
• Coordination and quality control of individual and series productions.
• Supplier communication and management.
• Real teamwork, acting as a sparring partner and advisor to our project management in development, production, and assembly.
• Ensuring quality standards with our experienced and innovative production partners.
• Room for optimization, expansion, and securing our production network.

Qualifications

• Completed apprenticeship in wood technology or a comparable qualification with initial professional experience.
• Deep understanding of construction and production with a creative eye for design and manufacturing, as well as experience in development.
• Great interest in technical and innovative solutions in various trades.
• Reliability as a team player with a high degree of responsibility and dependability.
• Excellent English skills.
• Very good knowledge of Office and a common CAD program, ideally Rhino.
