Robotics & Automation Commissioning Specialist (m/f/d)

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble and commission pre-configured robotic automation lines at the company's site before shipment
• Verify functionality and system interaction of multiple robots and mechatronic components across the full production line
• Work hands-on with mechanical, mechatronic, and basic electrical tasks, including fine adjustments, alignment, and wiring when needed
• Set up and ensure full functionality of robotic production lines at customer sites, including on-site adjustments and troubleshooting when required
• Collaborate closely with assembly teams, customers, and internal stakeholders during commissioning and ramp-up

Your Profile

• Technical background in mechatronics, automation, robotics, or industrial engineering (degree, technician certification, or vocational training with relevant experience)
• 2–5 years of practical experience in industrial automation, robotics assembly, commissioning, or service engineering
• Strong hands-on skills in mechanical and mechatronic work, including adjustment, alignment
• Basic understanding of electrical wiring and troubleshooting in an industrial environment
• Fluency in English and French is essential (German is a strong plus)
• Structured, reliable working style with good communication skills in customer-facing environments
• Willingness to travel up to 15% across Europe
