Your Profile

• Completed commercial apprenticeship, as a Rechtsanwaltsfachangestellte (m/f/d) or Notarfachangestellte (m/f/d)
• Knowledge of billing according to StBVV, RVG, and hourly rates
• Minimum 4 years of professional experience in a law firm
• Very good DATEV skills, especially DATEV EO
• Good English skills and native-level German skills (C2)

Your Tasks

• You will be part of a newly created Billing Team and support its establishment
• You will create and review outgoing invoices
• You will review time entries of consultants
• You will maintain invoice information in DATEV
• You will handle client inquiries regarding invoices
• You will plan, optimize, and control invoice-related processes
