Job Summary
One of our client is collaborating with a leading AI research organization on a large-scale initiative focused on improving legal reasoning and analysis in advanced AI systems. They are seeking experienced legal professionals who can contribute their expertise by developing and reviewing law-related prompts and responses. This multilingual opportunity is designed for professionals who have practical legal experience within their jurisdiction and language environment.
Candidates should be fluent and professionally active in at least one of the following languages: Japanese, Chinese, Korean, Spanish, Russian, German, Arabic, Thai, Tamil, or Hindi. The role requires genuine legal expertise within the relevant legal system, including familiarity with statutes, case law, regulatory structures, and professional legal standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Create realistic legal prompts covering statutory interpretation, doctrinal analysis, regulatory compliance, contractual reasoning, and applied legal problem-solving.
- Review and refine AI-generated responses to ensure legal accuracy, logical consistency, and adherence to jurisdiction-specific legal standards.
- Develop high-quality human-authored responses for complex legal questions and ambiguous scenarios.
- Design prompt variations that test differences in legal facts, jurisdiction, procedural context, and legal framing.
- Evaluate responses across multiple writing formats such as formal legal analysis, advisory memoranda, and analytical essays.
- Identify potential AI reasoning issues such as misinterpretation of law, incorrect application of precedent, or jurisdictional inconsistencies.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Law degree such as J.D., LL.B., or an equivalent qualification.
- Minimum of two years of professional experience in legal practice, legal research, regulatory work, academia, or judicial environments.
- Professional familiarity with legal systems in at least one of the following languages: Japanese, Chinese, Korean, Spanish, Russian, German, Arabic, Thai, Tamil, or Hindi.
- Strong understanding of legal frameworks, procedural practices, and drafting standards within the relevant jurisdiction.
- Excellent analytical, research, and written communication skills in the target language.
- Ability to apply sound legal judgment and maintain high editorial standards.
