In this position, you will be responsible for the planning, implementation, and maintenance of cloud and storage solutions. Your tasks include optimizing the system architecture with consideration of OpenNebula, KVM, and NetApp, as well as monitoring system performance and conducting error analysis. You will also work with interdisciplinary teams to integrate CEPH and CLOUDIAN and implement Kubernetes clusters to support containerized applications.

Your Mission

• Responsibility for the planning, implementation, and maintenance of cloud and storage solutions.
• Optimization of the system architecture considering OpenNebula, KVM, and NetApp.
• Monitoring of system performance and conducting error analysis to ensure operational continuity.
• Collaboration with interdisciplinary teams for the integration of CEPH and CLOUDIAN into existing systems.
• Implementation and management of Kubernetes clusters to support containerized applications.

Your Skillset

• Completed degree in Computer Science or a comparable qualification.
• Profound knowledge in cloud technologies, especially OpenNebula and KVM.
• Experience with storage solutions such as NetApp, CEPH, and CLOUDIAN.
• Good knowledge in container orchestration with Kubernetes.
• Analytical thinking and a structured approach to work.
• Very good German language skills.
