Your New Dream Job

• Strategic PR & Positioning: Development and management of central PR narratives to position Digistore24 as a responsible platform provider, as well as communicative support for relevant PR and CSR initiatives.
• Classic PR & External Communication: Responsibility for media inquiries, press statements, and maintaining central press assets such as the press page, media kits, and media distribution lists.
• Reputation & Issues Communication: Conception and implementation of proactive PR measures for reputation building, as well as professional, contextualized responses to external publications and inquiries from relevant stakeholders.
• Monitoring & Risk Analysis: Holistic monitoring of reputation, risk, and market-relevant developments, their strategic evaluation, and derivation of suitable communication measures.
• Internal Coordination: Close collaboration with internal interfaces such as Management, Legal, and Product for consistent and reliable external communication.
• AI-powered PR Work: Meaningful and responsible use of AI to support research, monitoring analysis, text preparation, and argumentation structuring.

• Excellent written communication and argumentation skills: You formulate complex, sensitive, or critical topics clearly, structured, and persuasively, e.g., in statements, explanations, or Q&As.
• Analytical judgment & basic technical understanding: You quickly grasp external content and dynamics, evaluate them soundly, and place them in a communicatively meaningful context; you use digital and AI-supported tools reflectively for analysis, structuring, and efficiency improvement.
• Topic and idea generation competence: You recognize relevant occasions and develop viable PR approaches, hooks, and communication measures from them.
• Composure under pressure: You act calmly, precisely, and responsibly, even with increased attention, time pressure, or sensitive topics.
• Independence & assumption of responsibility: You prioritize tasks, make sound decisions, and implement PR measures independently from start to finish.

Your Typical Day at Digistore24

• Structure is everything: You start the day by looking at the monitoring and your open topics. What is really relevant today? Where is interpretation, decision, or speed needed? You prioritize and plan your day accordingly.
• After that, you work on an ongoing PR topic. You further develop narratives, sharpen arguments, formulate statements, create Q&As, and prepare decision-making bases for the next external communication. Always with the goal that our messages are clear, understandable, and consistent both internally and externally.
• In between, an external inquiry lands in your inbox. You research the necessary background information in the systems, assess the inquiry, and formulate a well-founded response. If necessary, you briefly coordinate with the press representative or internal stakeholders.
• Time for a virtual coffee: In a short call, you exchange ideas with a colleague. Room for discussion, interpretation, and new perspectives is also part of the daily routine.
• During your lunch break, you manage your time flexibly. Whether it's a walk, cooking at home, or lunch with friends, thanks to remote work, you decide how you recharge your batteries.
• In the afternoon, there is a call with Legal for a PR project. You clarify open points, make decisions, and ensure that the topic progresses quickly.
• To wrap up, you check your to-dos, document important findings, and end the workday with the good feeling of having moved things forward.
