Your New Student Job

• Support in End-Customer Support: Answer simple customer inquiries. This relieves our team during peak workloads, ensures happy customers, and expands your expertise every day.
• Administrative Tasks & Project Assistance: Take on various projects, e.g., analyzing Excel lists and data to identify irregularities. This way, you will learn the full spectrum of projects in Customer Happiness Support from our experienced team.
• Market Research: Conduct targeted research on market trends, competitors, and customer needs. Your findings will help us identify opportunities and risks.

• Communication Skills: You have good written and verbal expression skills and can communicate empathetically and solution-oriented with our customers.
• Analytical Thinking: You can evaluate and interpret data and Excel lists.
• Independence: You approach tasks independently and reliably and keep an overview of your goals and deadlines. You also enjoy familiarizing yourself with various tasks.
• Technical Affinity: You love modern technology and quickly learn new digital tools. You already have basic knowledge of Excel and Office applications.
