Mitarbeiter Kundenservice & Administration (m/w/d)

We are looking for support for digital customer communication and administrative processes -- flexible, remote, and without prior knowledge.

Your tasks

• Processing customer inquiries via electronic communication channels
• Managing and archiving documentation in the information management system
• Maintaining and updating register data in the company systems
• Monitoring and progression of business cases
• Performing administrative assistance tasks

What you bring

• High reliability and accuracy in task execution
• Affinity for defined process structures
• Minimum age: 18 years
• Independent provision of hardware and secure internet connection
• Fluent written and spoken German skills

What we offer you

Compensation

• Minijob: up to €556 (up to 10 hours/week)
• Part-time: €1,200 -- €1,800 (15--25 hours/week)
• Full-time: €2,300 -- €2,900 (35--40 hours/week)
