Your Role as AdTech Consultant

Your task is to understand all tools related to Advertising Technology (AdTech) and to support their application and further development towards fully data-driven Media Activation. The most important tools of the Google Marketing Platform you will work with are Search Ads 360, Google Ads, Display & Video 360, and Campaign Manager 360.

Your Responsibilities

  • As an AdTech Consultant, you will advise clients in your area of expertise, providing strategic recommendations and practical insights.
  • You will translate client needs and goals into effective development plans and strategies that help them achieve their business objectives.
  • You will lead project implementation and introduce clients to the Google Marketing Platform (GMP).
  • You will contribute to the development of our AdTech services by deepening our service offering and expanding our portfolio of digital products.
  • Your task is to support your clients in developing a fully automated, data-driven activation setup. To help them achieve this goal, you will utilize all tools within and outside the GMP.
  • Beyond AdTech, you will also gain expertise in related platforms and tools such as Looker Studio, Google Studio, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager, as well as in areas like Digital Analytics, Cloud, and Data Science.

Qualifications

  • You have a degree with a focus on Marketing, E-Commerce, E-Business, or Data Science, or have completed vocational training (e.g., as a Marketing Communications Specialist).
  • You bring 2-3 years of experience in Search Engine Marketing and have relevant experience with Google Ads and/or Search Ads 360.
  • You are comfortable in startup environments and enjoy building things from scratch.
  • You are proficient in analyzing data and creating and editing detailed reports.
  • You take a consulting approach to client development while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • You excel at internal collaboration with clear and effective communication and a willingness to share your knowledge.
  • You stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and developments.
  • You approach new challenges with enthusiasm, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn.
