Do you have strong communication skills and initial experience in telephone customer service or a service-oriented environment? Do you handle technical inquiries confidently and enjoy working in a team?

We are looking for support in telephone and written customer service at the Nuremberg location immediately for a renowned company in the premium segment.

Your Tasks

• Telephone support and individual consultation of interested parties and customers
• Support with technical questions from end customers and trade partners
• Written processing of customer inquiries (by email or online inquiries)
• Acceptance and recording of service and repair orders

Your Profile

• Completed commercial apprenticeship or initial experience in customer service
• Confident telephone communication with a customer-oriented manner of speaking
• Good IT skills and basic technical understanding
• Teamwork, self-motivation, and service-oriented work style
