We are looking for a qualified HR Controller (m/f/d) for direct placement for our client in Karlsruhe, who will contribute their expertise and experience to effectively shape and implement HR strategies.

Responsibilities
- Creation of personnel key figures and statistics
- Execution of personnel cost planning / creation of forecasts for personnel expenses and variance analyses
- Calculation of monthly and annual accruals
- Determination of personnel expenses
- Collaboration with the finance team within the scope of monthly and annual financial statements
- Participation in HR projects
Profile
- Completed studies in economics or a comparable qualification
- Professional experience in HR controlling is desirable
- Very good knowledge of MS Office tools (especially Excel)
- Initiative, independent way of working, and a high degree of responsibility and resilience
