Tasks
- Creation of monthly, quarterly, and annual reports, as well as budget and forecast planning
- Responsibility for the further development and management of controlling in the medical environment
- Close collaboration with management and medical departments
- Further development of BI tools and controlling instruments
- Participation in investment decisions and business evaluations of new projects
- Analysis of business figures and derivation of strategic recommendations for action
Profile
- Successfully completed business administration studies with a focus on controlling, finance, or similar
- Professional experience in controlling, ideally in the healthcare sector or in medical facilities
- Confident use of common ERP systems and data analysis tools (e.g., Power BI, SAP, LucaNet, or similar)
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
- Communication strength, structured way of working, and a high degree of personal responsibility
