Tasks

• Customer consultation on insurance products, insurance contracts, and policies
• Processing customer inquiries, complaints, and transactions both by phone and in writing
• Creation and management of insurance contracts
• Acquisition of new customers and maintenance of existing customer relationships
• Support in handling claims

Profile

• Completed training as an insurance clerk (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
• Fluent German and English, both written and spoken
• Customer-oriented mindset and high willingness to provide service
• Strong communication skills and professional demeanor
• Proficient in MS Office applications
