- Telephone customer service and consultation
- Initial assistance or forwarding of inquiries
- You act as internal consulting support without a sales mandate

Your Profile
- Completed commercial training or a comparable qualification
- Initial experience in a call center or customer service
- Fluent German language skills in speaking and writing

How does working at DIS AG work?
You are permanently employed by DIS AG. DIS AG is your employer, and you receive your employment contract and salary from us. You thus have all legal entitlements from the employment relationship, including a fixed income according to the collective agreement, paid leave, Christmas bonus, or wage continuation in case of illness. However, you do not work at DIS AG but are employed as a worker at one of our clients.
What is the difference between job placement and temporary employment?
In job placement / personnel placement, we introduce you to suitable companies and support you in finding a permanent position. DIS AG only acts as an intermediary -- you conclude the employment contract directly with our respective company. Direct placement is uncomplicated and completely free of charge for you.
In temporary employment, DIS AG is your employer, so you are active in our client companies on our behalf. These are time-limited activities. You thus change companies from time to time and gain numerous references. Often, these assignments lead to permanent employment at the respective client company. Therefore, temporary employment is also suitable for you if you are actually looking for permanent employment.
My desired position does not match in all aspects, can I still apply?
You can also apply for a position that is not a 100% match. Together we will discuss your goals and skills and see if we might have a more suitable position to fill. Of course, you can also apply for unadvertised positions and activities at any time on your own initiative.
