About the Role
We are seeking a Lead Technical Product Manager, API Integrations, to join our Supply domain and specifically the Integrations team. This team is responsible for onboarding carriers onto our system by integrating external systems, harmonizing data structures, and developing revenue-generating products for carriers. Our focus is on innovation and automation to scale our business effectively.
What You Will Do:
- People leadership: Drive and motivate other Technical Product Managers and Integrations Analysts.
- Extend functionalities to enable new opportunities.
- Automate and innovate our existing inventory (our API product is already used by major players).
- Own the scoping and management of onboarding new carriers.
- Take a lead role in defining and challenging strategic decisions.
- Contribute to team process improvements (e.g., Jira, reporting).
- Build relationships with key internal and external stakeholders (including C-level executives).
- Effectively prioritize the roadmap.
- Guide junior colleagues in delivering the right products.

Job Requirements
Who You Are:
- 5+ years of professional experience in technical projects.
- Hands-on experience with the technical aspects of products, particularly APIs and data products.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence without direct authority, including C-level executives.
- Adept at context switching, demonstrating proactivity and ownership across responsibilities.
- Experience with complex products is an advantage.
- Good management skills (product, process, project, people management).
- Experience working within cross-functional teams.
- Technical degree or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
- Previous leadership experience.
- Familiarity with transportation industry standards is a plus.
