The Role & Team

We are seeking a Technical Product Manager, Rail Integrations, to join our Supply domain and specifically the Integrations team. This team is responsible for onboarding carriers onto our platform, which involves integrating external systems, harmonizing data structures, and developing revenue-generating products for carriers. Our focus is on innovation and automation to scale our business effectively.

What You Will Do:

• Extend functionalities to unlock new opportunities.
• Automate and innovate our existing inventory, enhancing our API product used by major players.
• Own the scoping and management of onboarding new carriers, with an initial focus on expanding our reach across Asia.
• Take a leading role in defining and challenging strategic decisions.
• Contribute to team process improvements (e.g., Jira, reporting).
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, including C-level executives.

Who You Are:

• 4-7+ years of professional experience in Product Management.
• Hands-on technical experience with product aspects such as APIs and data products.
• Experience with PICO API, OSDM, or other European rail carrier systems is a plus.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence without direct authority, including C-level executives.
• Ability to context switch effectively while demonstrating proactivity and ownership.
• Experience with complex products is advantageous.
• Proficient in product, process, project, and people management.
• Experience working within cross-functional teams.
• A technical degree or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
• Leadership experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with transportation industry standards is a plus.
