Software Developer (m/f/d) -- Full Remote | Long-Term Project | CET Time Zone
An opportunity is available for a Software Developer (m/f/d) to join a Scrum team and contribute to high-quality, scalable software solutions. This is a full-time, long-term, fully remote role, with no restrictions on location or citizenship.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop high-quality, testable software increments according to the Definition of Done
- Participate in Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Reviews, Retrospectives)
- Maintain sprint backlog and ensure continuous progress and quality standards
- Collaborate with Product Owner, Scrum Master, QA, UX/UI, and development teams
- Support continuous improvement and Agile best practices
Requirements:
- Experience with C#/.NET or Java development
- Knowledge of microservices and modern frontend technologies (Blazor is a plus)
- SQL database knowledge and familiarity with Agile/Scrum
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, CI/CD, and test automation is an advantage
- Fluent German (spoken and written) and good English skills
- Strong teamwork, analytical skills, and sense of responsibility
